SHREE OSTWAL BUILDERS LTD., was established in 1989 as a limited company
under company Act 1956. The Chief promoter of the company is Mr. Umraosingh Ostwal.
The Board of Directors consist of family members i.e. his wife and son.
The Company has been in the real-estate development business for a long enough time
to understand the dynamics and demand of this business.
Shree Ostwal Builders Ltd. has constructed various Residential and Commercials projects
including Bhayandar, Nallasopara, Bhandup, Boisar & Mira Road etc. and other similar
Projects are also at various states of development for e. g. Udaipur in addition.
Shree Ostwal Builders Ltd has established close linkages within the construction
industry to expand its operations and activities to Boisar & Mumbai also.
