since 1989. We are the pioneers in the construction line.
The main workforce is lead by Shri
Umraosingh Ostwal who is the master in this area.
He has to his credit for developing Residencial Complex
and Commercial Complex in Mira Road, Bhayander, Vasai, Nallasopara,
Boisar & Udaipur. The Project Plan is taken into consideration
keeping in mind the growing needs of population in the areas
surrounding. All our buildings are constructed with the
state of art technology. Each Flat is crafted with utmost
care and attention with all the modern amenities.
The Work Procedure of the Company
The company engages services of reputed
and well-known Architects/ Interior Designers for planning
and designing of the project. The company keeps monitor
and control on quality of construction in progress and also
on material used they’re of through its technical
staff. The work contract is ever awarded to specialized
and reputed agencies for execution of the entire project.
The company has ever planned the work progress in time frame
schedule and has endeavored to meet with same.

There need not much to mentioned about
OSTWAL GROUP OF COMPANIES besides some
landmarks we have set in the Construction Industry since
1988. In 1989 we had started our Inaugural Project "OSTWAL
PARK" which consist of 7 Buildings. This has
given us the strong footing upon which we dare and take
the challenging work of Ostwal Towers. There after we never
turned back and started the projects one after one. Since
all our projects were situated in Bhayander which is called
fastest growing and developing city. We would like to bring
our past project in light.
